"As always the staff is wonderful. I appreciate all you do and have done for "Abbie" for the past thirteen years. Thank you!"
"We love this office. You can always get in when you need to and he (Dr. Fleck) is always on time for his appointments. We are very greatful to have such a great staff when we need just the "basics" or when we are dealing with health care needs for our furry babies."
"I have used various vets throughout 4 decades and am the most comfortable with Doc. I feel he puts the needs of my pets first and at the same time is sensitive to my financial needs. I never feel anything is done "just because". The staff is very easy to work with and helpful."
The Animal Medical Center of Bradenton offers Free Wellness Exams with your pet's annual vaccine visits. You will Save $49.00 per pet when purchasing a full package of our recommended vaccines. Dr. Fleck conducts a comprehesive physical exam which includes checking the eyes, ears, mouth and heart as well as making general observations to make sure your pet is healthy enough to receive its vaccines. Pre-vaccine wellness exams typically are not performed at "Vaccine Clinics". We encourage you to be safe and have your pet vaccinated at a veterinary clinic or hospital.
Wellness Exams: For the Health of Your Pet
The key to a healthy pet is the early detection and prevention of disease. The gradual onset of health problems in an apparently healthy pet often go unnoticed. Once symptoms appear, the condition may be too difficult or costly to diagnose and treat. There are many conditions that if diagnosed early can be completely reversed or controlled for extended periods of time. Laboratory tests are an important means by which your veterinarian can diagnose blood disorders, kidney and liver disease, diabetes, infection, cancer, thyroid disease and other hormonal problems.
Specific Medical Exam & Urgent Care Consultations
It is always important to make the doctor aware of any medical concerns that you may have with your pet. Our general physical wellness exam does not include in depth consultations concerning specific medical issues. An in depth consultation pertaining to a specific medical issue may take more time, require specific diagnostics and incur more costs. The price for a specific medical exam and/or urgent care consultation is $49. Please don’t hesitate to ask the doctor about any medical concerns you may have about your pet.
